Situated just minutes (<15) from Disney Theme Parks and Championship Golf Courses, Home Away Villa has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Our villa is located in the beautiful Aviana Resort Community. Aviana is a private, gated community, situated among 46 acres of tropical landscape with many amenities. You will love the clubhouse for its zero-entry, heated pool and spa, surrounded by a large sun deck. The facility also offers a large gathering room and an exercise room. You can also pass the time in the cyber café. The clubhouse also features a playground for the kids and a sand volleyball court and putting green. Home Away Villa is an ideal vacation home for a large family or for two families to share. With over 2250 sq’ of living space, and all on the same level, the home features two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool / spa area. One master bedroom has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub to help unwind after a long day as well as a large, stand-up shower and double vanity. Showers and tubs are available in each of the four bathrooms. One queen bedroom, there is one twin bedroom, The fifth bedroom has a full bed that could be used to accommodate adults or children alike. The home is centrally air-conditioned and has always been pet and smoke free. For your comfort, we have provided ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room. Living Room: The living room features a comfortable sofa and loveseat. There is also a reading nook with an occasional chair and table. Sit back and enjoy a television program on the 42” flat screen tv or gather the family for a movie on the DVD player. You can also listen to music on the stereo with CD player. For the families that enjoy video games, we have provided a Wii console for your use. Step out of the living room into the pool / spa area. There is a covered lanai with a table and 4 chairs for outside dining or snacks. Or you can soak up some sun on one of the poolside chaise lounge chairs. Adults and kids alike will love the pool and spa of our villa. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink while soaking in the therapeutic spa. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare full meals for the family. All of the appliances are modern and brand new. Features include a stove with large oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and teakettle. The breakfast nook has a high table with seating for 6. There is also a counter eating area for a quick bite to eat. If you like a more formal dining experience, there is a separate dining area for the whole family. A large supermarket with video rental is located right up the road. For the family that likes to BBQ, we have provided a large, propane BBQ for your use. If cooking on vacation is not your thing, don’t worry, there are many dining options just minutes from the house or make use of one of the available take-out menus. Both master bedrooms feature 37” flat screen televisions with DVD players and Queen size beds. Two of the other bedrooms also have in-room, cable televisions. Rainy days are never a problem at our villa. If you don’t want to spend your time at the clubhouse making use of the modern exercise room or surfing the web in the internet room, you can make use of our game room. Equipped with a dartboard, air hockey table, and foosball table, the game room will provide for hours of enjoyment.
