Comprising 2 king-size master suites with walk in wardrobes and en-suite, 32’ LCD cable TV’s, ceiling fans and hair-dryers. 1 Queen sized bedroom, also with wardrobes, 32’ LCD TV and ceiling fan. Two large twin bedrooms with wardrobes and ceiling fans. An additional two family sized bathrooms with tubs and showers. The original 6th bedroom has been converted into a kids' playroom with 32' LCD TV with cable and a playstation 3 with a selection of games and DVD's An open plan loft space with arm chair, chaise, desk and book case and books.Wireless Internet access. The garage has been converted into a games room, carpeted, ceiling fan, with a foozball table, slate bed pool table, music system, gaming table and stools, an ideal evening retreat for the kids!
Stayed for a week in October 2010. We have stayed in many rental villas in the Orlando area and this is bar far the most comfortable and well equipped we have stayed in. Fantastic pool, amazing TVs in every room and free high speed Internet all contributed to a fantastic stay.Can well recommend the air boats (about 45 minute drive) as you will have the opportunity to see the most varied wildlife.
This villa is a credit to the owners and anyone fortunate to stay will not be disappointed!
This was a perfect villa! Location was close to all the atractions but aviana itself was quiet. Supermarkets nearby and restaurants also close. Not far to the I4, parks and malls. The villa was everything I imagined only better. Luxury but somehow with a homely feel. The garage play room was used everyday and the older ones loved the room upstairs with ps game thing. So between the pool and these rooms, we didnt see the kids other than meals and to go to the parks! What more can you ask from a holiday. The villa was very clean and well appointed. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. I felt like royalty in the master bedroom and I wish I had a walk in wardrobe at home! The house had everything you could want or need and Linda, the management lady, could not have been more helpfull. She was lovely, coming our first morning and she answered all our questions, being the first visit to Florida we had a few. It will not be our last visit! The owners provided us with extremely good service, were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We liked the leaflets in the kitchen drawer for restaurants, and found these very useful in deciding where to eat as the choice is so huge. We particulaly liked Bahama Breeze and The olive Garden - The Garlic Bread is to die for!! If you like big rides, Busch gardens is a must, but I loved Sea World and the manatees. We also went to Universal which was fab, but didnt manage to get to Disney. So much to do, so little time! We would definately recommend this villa to anyone going to Orlando and we can't wait to go back.
